After baggage claim, follow the arrivals exit signs toward Door 7. This is the limo and prearranged vehicle pickup exit. Your driver will hold a sign with your name just outside the doors.

What Happens from Flight to Front Seat
From the moment you book to when you arrive, here is the full sequence.
When you book, your flight number is saved right away. Tracking starts 2 hours before your scheduled arrival. You do not need to call or send the flight number again.
Your driver sees the actual landing time, not just the schedule. If your flight is early, the driver is already there. If it is delayed, the driver waits. You do not need to send a message.
Your 45 minutes of free wait time start at touchdown, not at the scheduled arrival time. Take your time through customs and baggage claim. There is no penalty for a slow line.
