How do I book a meet and greet at Toronto airport?
You book it by booking your ride. Meet and greet is included free on every arrival booking with us, so there is no separate service to add and no box to tick. Enter your flight number when you book and your driver will be inside the terminal with your name on a sign when you walk out.
There is no upgrade price and no premium tier. A sedan from $75, an SUV from $95 and a Sprinter van from $250 all get the same meet and greet. Some companies charge $30 to $50 extra for this. We do not.
Your driver watches your flight before it lands. If you are early, the driver is already there. If you are late, the driver waits. You get 45 minutes of free wait time, counted from the moment your wheels touch down, not from the time printed on your ticket.
Where does the driver meet me at Pearson?
At Terminal 1 your driver waits at Door A. At Terminal 3 your driver waits at Door 7. Both are inside the building, past customs and past the baggage hall, so you never go to the curb to find us.

After customs and luggage, walk toward the international arrivals exit. Door A is the main glass exit. Your driver will be standing just past the doors. They will hold a sign with your name.

After baggage claim, follow the arrivals exit signs toward Door 7. This is the limo and prearranged vehicle pickup exit. Your driver will hold a sign with your name just outside the doors.
Your driver enters the terminal and finds you at baggage claim. They carry your bags to the vehicle. No searching, no stress after a long flight.
What happens when my flight lands?
You clear customs, collect your bags, walk out and look for your name. That is the whole job. Here is the same thing in order, so you know what is happening on our side while you are still in the air.
When you book, your flight number is saved right away. Tracking starts 2 hours before your scheduled arrival. You do not need to call or send the flight number again.
Your driver sees the actual landing time, not just the schedule. If your flight is early, the driver is already there. If it is delayed, the driver waits. You do not need to send a message.
Your 45 minutes of free wait time start at touchdown, not at the scheduled arrival time. Take your time through customs and baggage claim. There is no penalty for a slow line.
Walk out of baggage claim toward the arrivals doors. T1: look for your driver at Door A. T3: Door 7. Your driver holds a printed sign with your name. No QR codes, no guessing which car is yours.
