What to have ready when booking.

Having this ready cuts the call to under two minutes. We can confirm your rate on the first contact. For arrivals, your flight number is the most important. It lets your driver track the plane in real time.

   Pickup address. The full street address or city where your ride begins. We serve 175+ cities across Ontario.

   Travel date and pickup time. The date you are travelling and the time you need to be picked up. For departures, tell us your flight time and we will calculate the pickup window.

   Flight number. Required for arrivals so your driver can track the flight. If the plane is early or delayed, your driver adjusts before you land.

   Vehicle type. Sedan (1-3 passengers), Executive SUV (1-4 passengers), or Sprinter Van (up to 10 passengers). See our full fleet details and vehicle specs.

   Meet and greet. Tell us if you need your driver inside the arrivals hall holding a name sign. This is for international arrivals at Pearson. There is no extra charge to request this.

   Corporate billing details. For corporate accounts: company name, billing contact, and any purchase order number required for invoicing. Monthly billing is available for regular clients.
