These Terms of Service govern your use of Pearson Airport Limousine (“the Company”) car service. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, call us at +1 (437) 979-8177 before booking.

1. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us by email or text message. All rates are flat rates quoted at the time of booking. The rate in your confirmation is the rate you pay.

We recommend booking at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup. For departures before 6 AM, book the night before. Same day bookings may be available when vehicles are open; call us directly to confirm.

2. Flat Rate Pricing

All pricing is flat rate. There are no meters, no surge pricing, and no fees added at the end of your trip. The rate you are quoted is the final rate, subject only to the following additions:

Airport arrival trips include 45 minutes of free wait time from the time your flight lands. Wait time beyond 45 minutes may incur an additional charge.

3. Cancellation Policy

If we are unable to complete a trip due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund.

Your Booking, Confirmed

Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. The flat rate quoted at booking is the final price. No adjustments ever.

4. Flight Tracking

For all airport arrivals, we monitor your flight in real time. Your driver adjusts automatically if your flight is delayed or arrives early. You do not need to call us when your flight is delayed. For departures, the scheduled pickup time is based on the pickup time you provided at booking.

5. Meet and Greet Service

For airport arrivals, your driver meets you inside the terminal at the arrivals area. They hold a sign with your name. If you have difficulty locating your driver, call the number provided in your confirmation. Do not leave the arrivals area before contacting us.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our drivers with respect. We may refuse or end a trip if a passenger is abusive, intoxicated, or causes damage to the vehicle. If a passenger causes damage, they are responsible for cleaning or repair costs.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

7. Child Seats and Special Requirements

Child car seats are not provided. Passengers requiring a child seat must bring their own. Please notify us of any special requirements at the time of booking.

We Handle the Details

We track your flight and adjust pickup for delays at no extra charge. Luggage is loaded and unloaded by your driver on every trip.

8. Luggage

Standard luggage allowances per vehicle:

Oversized items or excess luggage should be declared at booking. We will confirm whether the vehicle can accommodate them.

9. Liability

Pearson Airport Limousine holds commercial vehicle liability insurance as required by the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that trip, except as required by law.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, flight schedule changes, or events outside our control. We are not liable for missed flights.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Making a booking after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
