The price is the same whether you book online or by phone. Both use the same flat rate. The online form is faster for planning ahead. Calling is better for same day or rush bookings. Either way, your price is confirmed and locked before we send confirmation. There is no extra charge for calling.
Yes. When you book, a confirmation number is sent to your phone and email. The day before your trip, we send a reminder. Two hours before pickup, we send another reminder. When your driver arrives, you get a text right away. You never have to wonder where your car is.

A flat rate is often cheaper than Uber when surge pricing is active. Our flat rate starts at $75 from Toronto and is locked at booking. Uber charges by distance and time and adds a $4.75 airport pickup fee plus surge pricing. During morning rush or bad weather, Uber rides to Pearson often cost over $120. Our service also includes meet and greet inside the terminal and 45 minutes of free wait time on arrivals.
