01 / Fixed Pricing
The price is fixed before you book. Not after you land.
Ride apps change their price every trip. 4 AM in January costs more than noon in June. A snowstorm doubles it. A delayed flight means the price when you land is nothing like what you saw when you booked.

Yes. Every airport arrival is tracked in real time. Your driver monitors the actual landing time before your flight lands. If your flight arrives early, the driver is already there. If it is late, the driver waits without you needing to call. You have 45 minutes of free wait time from touchdown, not from the scheduled arrival time.
Yes. Meet and greet is included in every airport arrival booking at no extra charge. Your driver enters the terminal and waits at the arrivals gate with a sign bearing your name. At Terminal 1, the driver waits at Door A. At Terminal 3, the driver waits at Door 7. No need to go to the curb, the parking lot, or a ride share staging zone.
We recommend booking at least 4 hours before your pickup. For early morning departures before 6 AM, book the night before. Same day bookings are accepted when vehicles are available. For cross border trips to Buffalo Airport, book at least 24 hours in advance so we can build the schedule around real border wait forecasts.
The sedan fits 1 to 3 passengers with 2 bags, starting at $75 flat. The SUV fits up to 7 passengers with 4 bags, starting at $95. The Sprinter Van fits up to 14 passengers with 10 bags, starting at $250. All three vehicles are late model, black, and include the same meet and greet and flight tracking service at no extra cost.
Yes. Every driver holds a valid TNC license issued by the Province of Ontario and carries commercial liability insurance. Pearson Airport Limousine has been operating since 2010 as a licensed transportation provider in Toronto. All drivers pass a background check before their first pickup and vehicles are inspected before each run.
A flat rate confirmed at booking means your price never changes. Uber and taxis use dynamic or metered pricing with surge charges during peak hours, storms, and early morning departures. We also include flight tracking, meet and greet inside the terminal, and 45 minutes of free wait time. Ride apps and taxis include none of these. For airport travel with luggage and timing that matters, there is no comparison.
Round trip booking is available online and by phone. Book both legs as separate reservations: your departure and your return. The return fare is identical to the departure fare. No round trip surcharge applies. Enter both dates and times on the booking page, or call +1 (437) 979-8177 and we will set up both trips in one call.
Cancellations are free with 4 hours notice before your scheduled pickup. If your flight is cancelled on the day of travel, call +1 (437) 979-8177 or reply to your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule at no penalty. For flight changes, we adjust the pickup time at no extra charge as long as the vehicle is available for the new time.
Yes. A tracking link is sent by text when your driver departs for your pickup. You can follow their location to your door or to the terminal. For airport arrivals, the same system tracks your inbound flight so your driver adjusts automatically to your actual landing time. No calls needed to check on status.
